Anyone who has worked with International House certainly knows Lucy Horsefield. The organisation has taken to social media to announce that, after 21 years, she will be moving on to her next challenge.

"Last week we wished a fond farewell to Lucy Horsefield and thanked her for all she has done for both the IH World team and the IH network," the organisation wrote in their post. 

"After 21 years today is her last day. During her time here Lucy has always been a team player and has helped us all to grow from strength to strength. Thank you for all you have done, you will be deeply missed," they added.

"It will not be a goodbye from us as we are sure Lucy will pop in from time to time to say hello and update us on her new adventure. We wish her the very best of luck for the future, the world of organisational psychology is lucky to have her," they concluded.
